I can not control how many boxes a prescriber writes for. I just do my best to get them to put patients on the drug. Very low payout. Also what is up with not receiving this low payout at the end of February like every other company?
I should have stayed with my previous company. Heard from reps over there that the product didn't even make 2020 goal and majority of reps still made decent bank. That company stood behind their field force during tough time of the pandemic. Not so much here!!!
Where are they going? Who's hiring? This industry is done and glad I will be able to call my shots financially when its time to be done. I feel sorry for those who still need to stay in this gig another 10 years, if they make it that long.
