    ‘Yup’ that sums it up.

Wow, that’s strong, but very much on the mark - my only disagreement is I don’t think DS will be smart enough to slice this thing up. He and his kids’ egos will not allow them to let go as the ship sinks to the bottom (of the Indian Ocean).

So the thread title is a good one.
It’d be interesting to know why people DO join Sun
    My bet is this-
    1. They’ve been unemployed for a while
    2. They wanted to get into the industry and believed this is a legit company

Talented people join Sun because we have Jesus!!

I thought it was Hindu, no Jesus.

    Here’s something really eff’d up:

when employees in Mumbai comment on a LinkedIn post by Dilip and refer to them as ‘god’.
    Bank.
    This is real.

So Dilip is like a cow which are sacred in India. Or is he like one of the rat gods that they worship in the rat temple where there are tens of thousands of rats where people eat beside them

what has been the turnover percentage across all divisions over the past 2 years?

Biologic probably 70% and Med Derm 50%?

Add in Speciality and on the derm side yeah, it’s definitely an average of 50% at least.

That’s a stronger indicator of the health of a company than sales or profit.

I know the number. It is 62% turnover in two years running. If you have been here in the HO for that long just pull the roster copies. That is a field sales division number. The HO number is nearly 80% turnover. You simply can’t run an effective business like this. To date our leader only jokes about the percentage of those who left and is fine with it. His bizarre mindset puts all of our jobs at risk. I fully believe that the complete scope of this position is beyond him. It makes me sad for all of you that are working so very hard to excel and take pride in your work and company.

This all stems from Mumbai and the embedded belief it’s an honor to work for and serve the company.

Right behind the turnover number, Abhay is looking at the average new hire base salary across BUs and I’ll bet it’s down 20% in those two years. Guaranteed. He likes cheap stuff. And so he’s getting those low-levels at the big box store. Give them 50k, a company car and they think they’re in heaven.

If you attended any of the POAs you know this ship has sunk. It has sunk for those of us who are foolish enough to think we could work here and attempt to have a career. There are no leaders at Sun. None. We all see it and we all pay the price for their ineptness.

Leadership at Sun? Wait. Are you telling me that there is Leadership at Sun? I see them at all of the meetings and leadership is something that is not present. Maybe the Phuck ups that carry those impressive titles should google what the definition of a leader is. Clearly they are too stupid and lazy to even do that.
I’ll bet you that Princeton HQ uses the revolving front door as a fan as the TMs come and go. The only secure jobs at Sun are New Hire Training and Recruitment. Everything else just a resume stop.

The third most secure job is the person who processes returned laptops when people resign.

People leave sun because they realize that ultimately a company culture is more important than the paycheck.

Exactamundo!! Same could be said for Taro. They got destroyed when Sun was deployed. Culture took a major dip. No was could I stay there. One day Sun will rise and figure out it’s the Western World and America does not operate like they want us too.
