I can verify the above posters comments. The rep, CF, displayed a Binder with each doctors cmn pre-filled and signed forms along with pre written letters of MN. I figured this rep and dos , JR would get caught. I reported this to event to RVP GM. Nothing happened. Well eventually the GM was shown the door, but that was a nor cal issue. I learned, never look up, or question. Thanks BV.

It wasn't specific to just NorCal--it was the entire country. GM was the fall guy for it.

GM was a POS and dirty as hell. He lasted longer than he should have.

He cared about people. Which is a lot more that can be said for the rest of the leadership in this dumpster fire.

He cared about partying with people and being everybody's friend. that's about it. He was one of the most crooked people I have seen in sales.

Well that's saying something if you work for this company.

Assuming you are correct it’s an even bigger issue that he was replaced by a completely incompetent hot head. Dave Vain-er is the most insecure and under qualified person I’ve ever seen to lead people, let alone an entire area. He isn’t qualified to lead other leaders or make them more competent, so he just micro manages us and acts like a DOS. His emotional IQ reminds me of my teenager daughters. We can accept that the company makes hiring mistakes, but when you replace those hires with even more competent people, just because they are friends with John Nonsense should tell you everything you need to know.

I think JN and DV were given significant contracts. There’s no other explanation for keeping either of them. With PS and KR why do they need JN who only gets on calls to apologize for a completely Fud up comp plan. DV without just following the negative bandwagon is truly the single worst people manager in history. I cannot believe with all the HR complaints he hasn’t been removed. That dates back to PH years ago reporting him and nothing happening but a sit down with HR and the 2 of them. He’s a sick individual and deeply emotionally scarred.

BV is a global leader in being woke.

BV has worked hard to create and inclusive culture. It is a great place to work for gays, lesbians, and trans people of all colors.

And a horrible place to work if you're none of those.

I have been a rep for many years and just hopped on to see what’s up at BV. Loved my BV team, but the unethical behavior of other teams and the absurd comp plan combined with abusive management made it a no go for me. Thankful I have moved on to twice the $ and I don’t have to sell my soul to the devil to make it.
There was a rep who was a guest speaker at my training with BV who literally told us she sits at the computer in her top offices and does the work for them…..absolutely fraudulent and the only way I could have imagined making the comp plan work.

Let me guess. Did the trainers and directors all leave the room so the reps could all have a “closed door discussion”?

Sounds like she was pulling the office notes from patients records and printing them off. Not fraud, but definitely a no-no.

Yes, leadership leaves the room. I too have seen a rep mentioned earlier with her pre-printed forms, pre-signed copies requesting exogen. All in a formal binder. Then made to listen to a lecture on how to pull partial notes, prefill cmn forms, get office personnel to sign for the doctor and more. How some sleep at night, I'll never know. Hopeful BV can get their act together and fix this issue. Til then, I just work and interact little with my team.

They turn a blind eye until they have to take action. And you best believe it's every man/woman for themselves.
