Reorg is coming!!

    Nothing....we continue to collect a paycheck because our name is on the payroll. Hanging out at home with the kids, golfing, enjoying spring. Life is good

    Everyone I know at Baxter are working their butts off. Where are these mythical people not working? Sales reps are in hospitals and management have 12hrs of non stop virtual meetings everyday. Deerfield may be empty but people are working more than ever. So who are these fairytale people?

    It’s management that doesn’t work. Sit around on their thumbs all day. Could cut 65% of them tomorrow.

    They say this every single month for the past 12 years. Only 1 major reorg during this time. I wouldn't read too much into this website.

    when the reorg puts you mikes and miles away from home, while facilities in your city go to another rep…..get a clue

    Definitely not a favored rep and usually not a very good one to get a territory moved outside of your city of residence. Not good

    Does this scenario really happen to anyone that you know of? I am assuming sales operation will be smart enough to figure out what make sense vs. not.

    it did to a few folks during the last reorganization, they were generally the low man/woman on the totem pole.
