I guess everybody going to work for phillips now. They will run it for two years and learn how shitty their systems are and probably shut the company down. Lol start looking for another company ASAP..

Once again proof companies DO NOT even pretend or attempt to do their due diligence. It was fun 3 years ago but these last 2 have been sad and depressing. I unfortunately don’t have a choice but to stay and watch another round at a circus

Phillips took over remote cardiac services in New Jersey back in 2010 and 2011 and sold the company to Lincare two to three years after they realized how bad their products were and learned how the company was not profitable. Good luck guys!!!

The big mistake was to purchase Lifewatch. It was a sinking ship and within 120 days had tanked the CNET Stock price to under $50. Capper and Boi Wonder Broadway could have made twice the money. Philips would have paid over $100 a share.

The time we wasted integrating this sinking hulk into an already identity confused company ruined the progress that we were making. I am not sure what we purchased for 270M but it was clear that we did not use any of the technology and joined two companies that were fundamentally different. LW would have gone upside down on it's own.

Philips on the other hand is like turning the Titanic around with this merger. Imagine them making $200 on an Event or Holter. It will cost them $400 to provide the service. Then we muddled it up with the INR and LUX deal so the salesforce became carpetbaggers hawking everything except non-stick cookware.

Philips will with the help of Cardionet Execs will manage this thing into oblivion. The technology in the next 5 years will make these types of products complete morphodites.

If you would have put that much effort into running your territory you might have been something special but instead youre just something else

Well Mr. Fraudway you played your usual personal attack strategy. Why don't you respond to the person's statement.

Here's a idea Andy - With all that money you made from the take over, get a good surgeon and remove your head from Crappers ass and move on 2 the next adventure.

The product is a joke, The customer service is less efficient than a pedal powered wheelchair. The only reps that did well at this company were working areas that were so far behind with technology that they thought that our products were good. All products suck, literally the worst. Lifetime monitoring with delays of 48+ hours or longer for a report In a disease state where people literally will die while a doctor is waiting for a report that should’ve been delivered several days earlier
    Are you kidding me

I should apply for a Firemans pension, because of all the fires I’m putting out. I spend most of my time getting yelled at by physicians because they’re still delayed waiting for reports. The company should have its own Comedy Central special because it’s a complete joke

Bardy sells for 12x revenue, Preventice sells for 12x revenue, and BT sells for 4x revenue. Should tell you something!

Prices will collapse in this market in 5 years. Technology will make this sector so cheap the Physicians will use AI and patches and bill everything themselves.

I'm sure it would be a cold day in hell before Andy would waste his time with this page of scabs

Your right BioTelemetry Management is in a class of it's own. Who needs those moronic sales people.

Poor Hill Rom got forced in the bottomless pit by the court. Phillips went in willingly. They probably have a bad case of Buyers Remorse at this point.
