What is the percentage range when going from TBS to executive TBS? Is it worth it?

Is it worth what? You don't sound like executive material with that comment.

nope. It’s not worth it. The additional pay and less than additional workload is not worth it.

stay doing what you’re doing. You’re over qualified.

It should be about an extra 10% on your base without much extra work, depending on your manager.

It would be more valuable to know the super secret pay bands. That’s where BI bullshits their employees. We’re the best, we treat you the best, we pay like our industry peers. Money talks.

Look at other companies salary bands before you get stuck here.

True. They also use the secrecy to pay some employees more and some less. For example our district range with similar experience ranged from 82000-11500. This is not a small difference for the same job. The secrecy is to keep you in the dark and give the managers and RSDs the ability to pay their pets more money. This was truly the most unfair and non transparent company I ever worked for. If you are not on the high end of this “scale” don’t let them make you feel you are making the industry mean. Because you are not! This can happen here easier because it is a private company and you signed an arbitration agreement.

I could not agree more with the above post. The "good old boys network" is alive & well at BI. Lazy slugs that do nothing getting title promotions etc...

I put down what I thought would be a negotiable salary on the application. It was not. For people prior to that step apply what you truly want to make in a feasible amount because if you are hired that will be your pay.
