Technically speaking, if you are an anti-vaxxer, you should not be working at a pharmaceutical company. That would be equivalent to a recovering alcoholic working at a beer factory.

How about Wellness Credits? Company credits toward FSA’s? Something to reward those vaccinated. Remember less doctors visits, hospitalizations, possible Life Insurance payouts if an unvaccinated individual succumbs to Covid.

This is a company that will most likely be offering severance benefits to some very soon. You think that they really care whether you have a vaccine or not? Or, whether you are in good health three years down the road, after the full Taro merge with SUN? Go to Capt Lawrance down the road and get wellness credits that matter.

If the company isn't willing to make changes to benefit employees, severance packages would be great. At the rate we're going, employees are miserable and stressed.

Take a look at the Sun board. Why people leave Sun. Same applies to Taro.

What's the deal with returning to office? Anyone know? No email from HR?

Maybe if you would turn your computer on and do work you would see the email.

Don't blame HR for all our troubles. In most cases they are only messengers, not creators of corporate policy.

And this is the problem in a nutshell.
Nobody wants to fix that toxic work environment because that would mean that someone would have to take the blame.

You've got bully managers but no leaders.

It would be more like a born again Christian working as a hitman.

OSHA makes that decision not the Prez. His "decision" is basically a suggestion. Employers and lawmakers are expected to challenge the suggestion for many reasons. There are exemptions. Educate yourself and know your rights. For those who do choose the vaccine, NY state requires employers to provide PTO time to get vaccinated. You don't have to rush out and run back to work like the HR Cop expects you to do.

roll up your sleeves or GTFO loser. The truth shows you are an idiot. The unemployment line awaits. No such thing as an exemption in NY. Do your homework.
