This could ultimately lead to a consent decree or a class action suit. I think this is the end.

Unfortunately, it might be the end for many of our colleagues. I think Geoff won’t have the guts to put in a President that can fix issues an lead us through challenges. Geoff, he is absent. Woke crowd please help us cancel him.

Too many people have already been scapegoated - whole Heartware team kicked out basically.. I don’t see how they turn this around - based on what Geoff says a buisness like this should be sold off - but will anyone take it with all the quality problems.

The MCS Operating Unit has no credibility within Medtronic. They have been working for a decade to launch PAL. It will be another year at least.

You failed reading comprehension didn’t you? The poster said to “give us a consent decree.” You understand that doesn’t mean the poster said we got a consent decree? A 4 yo could understand that.

Not understanding the logic. We don’t seem to want two win. What is the upside of putting in a leader that won’t make decisions to get things fixed. I think he believes if he just continues not making decisions that everything will get fixed with time.

If we are trying to fail leaving him in charge guarantees that outcome.

What a strange leader. Anybody have an idea how we can win in the field?

Here's a crazy idea - try selling product once in a while

Have you tried walking into a program with great HM3 outcomes to get them to buy 15 year old HVAD technology with a recall every other month?

We’re on life support here and getting nothing from NN but excuses for his failures.

Here's a crazy idea: get rid of the warning letter and release a new product. This business should be sold asap.

You should be celebrating the fact that MDT was just named number 11 on the list of top companies for diversity, instead of complaining that your product is old and sucks and you're not able to sell it

Sell what you idiot? You sell recalled product or old outdated technology often?
