everyone on that call heard the same thing and yes it sounds like change is imminent hiring frost to keep positions open if CVM needs them down the line dodging questions about re-org in back half of the year
Let’s be logical here: it is a fact that Commercial Excellence leaders and Digital Transformation leaders have the responsibility to modernize how pharma sells. Huge investments have been made in models that provide digital platforms in combination with personal sales. Half of the reps will be unnecessary within one year. The change begins with the franchise farthest into its life cycle with an outdated mode of “selling” (if you want to call clever scripted conversations selling).
BINGO. I'm amazed that they've kept people on for this long. I mean Covid is the perfect scenario to expedite all this.
And honestly, they’ve done right by us keeping us all employed this long. It’s been an amazing job. It just isn’t anymore...
