    Who cares, about EW doesn’t even know how to do a prior Auth, she got pretty lucky with Pimantel being in her backyard and killer coverage. Give me a break. Black, White, Asian, Straight, lesbian, tranny, male female, who gives a rats asss? Tired ass Liberal idiot, get a clue!

    EW was infinitely more successful, qualified and respected than the tight dress wearing drunk moron with the giant rack that JC hand picked for the job. He was “mentoring” MT and pushed to get her lackey into the open DM spot. We all saw it. MM made Fatty get on a plane and fly out to Cali to apologize to EW because he shit the bed on that one. An embarrassment to the company.

    I don’t think so. Plenty of people of color in the field sales force assigned to territories where demographics are predominantly black and brown. We have maybe two black managers and no RDs or VP level people with any melanin in their skin.

    Ok- so how many of those reps have an interest in becoming a DM and are able to relocate? Maybe EW just wasnt ready yet? We used to hear complaints that there werent enough female DM’s and now almost everyone promoted seems to be a female, interesting. I guess the WLN is working for us.

    First: she didn’t need to relocate. There was an open district in her back yard. Second: EW was willing to relocate anywhere the job took her. She ended up taking the regional training role and was traveling 80% of the time. Third: JC is a piss poor leader hypnotized by T and A who made a call to promote someone who didn’t earn it because he wanted to bang her manager.

    Are we clear now?

    I disagree completely. There are plenty of managers that play the game to appease their RD’s but filter it to us. She is not one of them.

    Thats only because all of the managers covered for MM and didnt tell the real story, they had their chance and blew it.

    I guess someone should have recorded the conference calls. I find it hard to believe that he discussed things in a format that he knew could easily be recorded/ documented, but I guess no one took advantage of the opportunity.

    Calls, texts and emails were shared with compliance and legal. Dozens of them. For all her onstage bluster, Lindari ignored all of it. Another fake audit with no action. And Mohan gets to “win” PClub. Valeant is alive and well at Salix. The money is still good but I feel like I need to shower every day after work.
