How long can Integra hold onto its position in the Dermal business... Surely its only a matter of time before the Polynovo BTM becomes the standard of care.. Its quite simply better and cheaper.

Not sure it’s better, but it is certainly less expensive. If the high volume trauma hospitals catch on, it’ll get interesting. Buckle your seat belt, things are about to get bumpy. The upper management team has no clue either. Bobby and Chrissy came from Neuro and it’s taken them a few years to figure out the skin game. Shit, CB didn’t even know Integra was used in burn for awhile. Clueless....cool suit dude

How much cheaper is the Polynovo BTM from Integra? Cant be enough for any legitimate hospital to switch?

It is approximately 75% less cost, that seems enough to be legitimate to ANY hospital.

It’s coming for sure- the lifespan of the 35+ year old technology this lame company is standing on is coming to a close quickly ‘ to many competitors w/ better technology and outcomes!

It’s true...shits about to get real. Buckle your seatbelt cuz it’s about to be a bumpy ride. Maybe Integra can buy them and shelve the product. Just speaking from a historical perspective.
