This place sounds like all that is wrong with pharma today. Inflated salaries for the work required. Ego's inflated. Orphan is about to die under the Biden admin. Time to find your parachute

Believe there are a few open spots depending on geography--you might give it a shot!

Is this opportunity worth leaving a very stable but less paying company for? I mean what's the drug sales potential on this drug? Seams like it is going to be a hard sell given the data for avacopan doesn't look overwhelmingly impressive.

The data is actually great in a very hard to treat disease. It actually won a nerdy NCAA type "pool" where fellowships across the country presented various data from multiple drugs- then voted on by Rheum's across the country for a final 4 type pool.

Is everyone getting sign on bonus?

anyone else not liking this motus fleet deal? Not too keen on having my moves tracked particularly when I’m on my own time.

Please explain, haven't seen the motus deal yet

Take a gander at the Motus Ap reviews. Holy hell. I really want to believe that this is going to be a good gig, but more and more it just looks like they want to do everything on the cheap

168K is the highest base salary mentioned. Is that inflated?

Sales ops will be tracking call activity daily, and calls will be reconciled against our mileage tracker and GPS location. Will be hard to fake calls.

You can’t be serious. Who would work under those conditions?

    And for $500/.19?

    They have to be joking.

Guys and Gals, this place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is questionable across the board, they are going to be very cheap, micromanage everything and the product is just OK. Don’t say it is a great product because of some Final Four bracket thing! If you are coming here from another stable company, then you need to question your decision. I took this job because I was downsized and needed a job. This will give me time to look for another opportunity.

Yeah, this place has bee a little sus. The biggest red flag is the cheap fleet process. I don't want to be having my miles tracked and lose money on the fleet side of my job.

Any others who have accept this job have any other red flags about this gig?

I heard the same. Managers are going to be in the field a lot and micromanaging call metrics like crazy in order to ensure a strong launch. Not sure that I want this level of scrutiny on each of my days. Second guessing my decision now.

I don't mind the scrutiny on call metrics, I think that can be assumed in a launch. My biggest fear is this car program and how will it be big brother watching? Are we going to have to have our phones on all the time while in the car to be tracked while we are on personal time? Shouldn't be their business what I do doing my personal time and travels. A larger salary isn't worth the move to this company if it's going to be a shitshow.

Its going to be a shit show regardless. Docs see maybe 2 vasculitis patients a year. You'll probably die of boredom while Big Brother tracks you

Any others who have accepted the job worried about the drug being approved? Any thoughts around that? Seems like there are a lot of what ifs about the job.

If you are asking that question, then you made the wrong decision. The whole opportunity is an “if” situation.
