I worked in sales at GDX several years ago and it seems like it is a shell of its former self. What happened? Anyone still work at Genova and care to shed some light on what went wrong?
Take your pick: 1) Medicare fraud: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.citizen-times.com/amp/3034297001 2) Zero incentive comp plan (there is one but no ability to make money) 3) Controlled by private investors willing to milk this thing to the death 4) 3-4 rounds of layoffs to cut overhead (cutting many compete people and leaving some bad ones behind that are just here for the paycheck 5) brought in a new and fairly incompetent VP of sales (I’ve personally heard his sales pitches and it’s borderline used car) Sad state of affairs no question... I work in sales and haven’t been on a real sales call in over a year. Again, no incentive and the sales team is basically responsible for STARS issues 75% of the time. All clients hate us, they tell me daily. Surprised we’re actually still in business but sticking patients with $400 for the GIFX has basically kept us afloat
Managers who get reported to HR multiple times for harassment & NOTHING is done. They then get promoted. Only at Genova. Toxic does not even begin to explain the culture here.
Assume your talking about Kim Darr. Good luck micromanaging employees when your paying them entry level wages. Her ‘leadership’ is a complete joke
