Depends on the business you have, the Tornier leadership is terrible but once their “cooling” period is over they will all get fired anyway so maybe a good choice.

After working at both companies and seeing how they work, I have to agree that the current administration is temporary.

    Or maybe not.

I've sat in on countless integration meetings and it's painfully obvious which legacy Wright employees (from Director level down) bring value to Stryker and which ones either don't know what they're doing or are hopelessly in over their head. It's embarrassing at times.

Now that little time has passed, how are the Wright folks adapting to the Stryker way of life?

Most are gone - or on the way out. Stryker prides itself in being slow - very frustrating place to work after working at Wright.

Well, during the last 2 visits of Roger Shamalamadingdong , he laid down the law to the site director that there needed to be more color in the room...no rumor, I heard it with my own 2 ears! .But , alas, no new hires are currently being approved. So what we're starting to see now are leaders being fired or put on PIP's (without any documentation) solely for the color of their skin. And their replacements will be hired solely for the color of their skin as well. Welcome to Stryker.

    Site Director...this guy!
Ironic that he wants to give his manager grief about coming back from lunch a little late but this a'hole has worked MAYBE 4 days this whole month!

COVID has made this worse - its difficult just to find folks during the work day.

Hopefully they’ll realize how much of a boot licker Ed Kilgallen is and get rid of his ass. He has no backbone either.

MDI meetings are complete waste of time. Nobody gives a flying fuck about them. They can take that 360 room and shove it straight up their 360* open asshole for all we give a shit. Fuck everyone from Lobo down to directors.

Quite a few leaders cut loose so far this year. Can you guess what they had in common?

“Suct at squats and deadlifts”…how tone deaf is this comment? This is a serious issue and you post this crap? Everybody knows SYK reps don’t train legs. Do some research before offering your misguided opinions.
