Salary - Internal Candidates versus External

Not sure about them being rolled back into PC, but everything else you said is spot on.

 

Half the allergists & plums can not be seen. The ones that can be seen are getting visits from 2 PC reps and 1 RST. That is how PC is doing their job. It is a 2:1 ratio. Because the RSTs have larger territories, they spend more time driving to far away places than in the offices.

 

Can't get promoted or too lazy to try? Are you kidding me? I could get promoted if I wanted to, but why would I want all that drive time? It is not worth the extra pay.

 

That sounds like a bunch of Bull if you ask me. “I can get promoted if I wanted to”. If you could have, you would have. Probably a long time ago. But you do the bare minimum. You don’t stand out. Your numbers are so so or shit. It’s easy to say you can get promoted if you wanted to. It’s like seeing the best player on he team perform well in a game while you’re on the bench and then saying “I could have made the game winning 3 pointer if I wanted tooooooo…”

Don’t want the extra drive time? GTFO. We are in sales, the extra money isn’t worth you driving your company car and burning up your free gas? Do yourself a favor and just quit tomorrow you sound hopeless.

Do the specialty reps have only one counterpart? New and trying to decide to come over ?

 

if you have the ability to move over to rst do it.

some rst's have a mirrored rst counterpart, and some are solo rst's and their only counterparts are the pc reps who work in the territories that they overlap.
