More people should have spoken up, but transparency is not really a safe place LOL

The results are irrelevant. No body cares enough to be honest, and they don’t want to put the next severance at risk.

It’s all propaganda. They tell you what they want you to believe.

With “leaders” like Bob Gilot, would you expect anything different?

They’ll blame COVID for the poor results when we know that it’s how we handled COVID that’s part of the issue. It’s no real surprise that we get our clocks cleaned by competitors who showed more class last year.

The pressure to get in front of customers at any cost was a bit much

That’s what you get for picking an industry that anything but noble and ethical. Now go call Easy Cater…it’s time to feed some fat people!

It doesn’t have to be this way. With the right people - sales leaders included - we could actually provide value and not be so cynical. We need to start hiring people who know how to lead. The people we call leaders exhibit very few of the qualities seen in truly good leaders.

right and now they’re making the whole PCx and RST sign some training about “work expectations’. Timing is pretty tone deaf considering the rise in covid cases and that lots of office closing to reps again and docs busy in icu. Never mind that though just make sure you are in the field in front of customers from 8:45-4:45!!
