Does anyone have any knowledge on this position and the CMF division? Have been trying to break into Stryker for some time but not familiar with this division. Thanks in advance.
This product line is a bit commoditized and not much that's exclusive. You will have the Stryker brand to rely on and that will give you a leg up occasionally, and contract positions will be mostly favorable. You'll work your ass off, make good money but earn every penny of it. Specific to this territory, your Region Manager is amazing. (I'm not her, worked with her in a past life and know she's a rare good one!)
Not sure if you’re familiar with DE, but there is one major healthcare system that almost the entire state funnels into. That alone would make this territory for CMF not very appealing financially. You would also be competing against the prior Stryker rep who has already converted most of the business away back to him. Non the less, unless they are providing a nice guarantee I don’t see how you could make over 125k with this territory. Not worth it for the amount of work and time you have to put in for this division.
