I recently quit, enough of the lies especially regarding the future value of our equity. Pat is a financial slob and I really do hope that the Forbes report and pending investigations into his dealings with those funds profiting from our trashed and smothered stock price on top of an awful year over year over year collapse turn up the facts publicly. Pat deserves to be arrested, he has run the same fraud at Flexion as well and they are finally involved with the CLVS stock surveillance investigators and government regulators.

Feel your pain, left in 2019 when all equity was worthless with a freaking stock price around $3. Pat is and has been the joke of our entire industry for so long that even in a fire sale attempt nobody would call the fraud back.

The ER call placed Pat’s fraud front and center with the analysts destroying his lies with basic questions and counterpoints. There is no value whatsoever and there definitely have not been any advances against cancer that did not already exist. CLVS paid twelve million for a license to study and Pat is so fraudulent that he actually attempted to claim it was a pipeline in a molecule and a blockbuster franchise, what a tool, and a criminal.

This has never been anything beyond a financial scam for Pat and other execs to legally steal as many millions under the cover of “compensation”. A ticker does not lose nearly all of its value and then dilute over and over and over and over again if everything is kosher. Pat has covered all of the funds that bet against CLVS with the absurd amounts of dilution and they have allowed him to continually collect his kickbacks through salary, bonus, and bottom dollar options.

Everyone involved needs to be charged.
