How’s the culture? I hear mixed things about the organization.. some good, some bad - sounds like it depends on the division. Looking at a position in the Bladder sleeve and would like feedback. Very experienced rep with deep relationships .. decent current gig but looking to switch it up.
We are a company with different cultures. Bladder is so different and reps are fed up with feeling like they are treated like children compared to other franchises and HQ people feel like they don't work for seagen.
