Our main 2 guys said if a Zimmer guy comes calling on them with our products he will drop both and go to J&J. What's our plan for handling this unfair situation? Has anything in sales really been thought through? If the Zimmer distributor gets my territory do you think I will be allowed to compete with his reps? What happens if he doesn't? Do I just quit? Is there a complaint or fairness hotline? Or do I just take my docs and go with the Mahweh boys as they are obviously recruiting everyone? Or go to Stelkast or TJO and f-everyone and everything up?

Profit going into salaries? Get real. Salaries are a cost to be minimized like everything else. Profits go to the shareholders and those at the top.
Zimmer was $90 in July of 2004. Over 11 years later, it is about $103. Minimal dividend for a few of the years. The profit isn't going to the investors...
