I never been more impressed with any company that I have ever worked. The management wants to pay us and help us succeed and give you all the tools to be the best...: company's that spend for you will see return!!!! Go Exeltis. Base pay is good and bonus potential is off the chain as well as nice company car.

Great management, great new CEO, top of the line products, great company culture, new additional superstar GYN products in our bag, good salary, earning potential on bonus is aggressive (in a positive way), company car, amazing health benefits, they keep us motivated and informed. Happy with my job! : )

You are right. Things have changed A LOT since the beginning of the year. So many people have been let go without any previous notice......not acceptable! 2017 has been the worst to make $$ and the stress level is like never before, all due to our new terrible upper management/CEO. Not planning to stay here for long, already looking for a new job. Hoping not to be here in January for poa : (

How is women’s health? Is it anything like the derm me too products that have 0 coverage?

They pay very fairly in accordance with other companies. You’ll make fair value to possibly slightly higher in base and the bonus “potential” is very nice

If you still think that Exeltis is a safe bet, read the above post. Let that news sink in....

The truth will not be shared with you in an interview. Here is a quick breakdown of the problems:

The cashcow for this company is their prenatal. Once that ruling sinks in that Prenatal will not be classified, they will have a significant revenue source taken away. It will start with Medicaid and end with commercial insurance.

On the derm side, they are fighting against the otc market with Neosalus and Recedo. Insurance companies will continue to deny coverage. Ecoza will continue to be substituted for generic econazole.

NeoCera will not be fully launched across the US. Ask yourself why did the only decent manager leave at the beginning of the year? Also, why did a rep in Indy who was on track to win pres club leave? Also, why does the derm division not have a rep west of Chicago/Texas?

My prediction is that the derm division will be dismantled by summer. Why is it that there are 3 derm managers on the east coast? If you are lucky enough to keep a job, I hope you enjoy working as a WH rep later this year!

    Update your resume and bounce.

This company sucks! A lot of the reps live in fear and are far too paranoid to be honest. A lot of the reps lied to me on LinkedIn and told me it’s a great place to be too, and I should’ve tasted my guy and the shitty Glassdoor reviews. In reality, this is one of the worst places I’ve been. Management is toxic. Culture is toxic. People are two faced, selfish and fake. Everything is micromanaged and metrics based. You’d have to be a complete fool to say that this is anywhere close to a great place to be…Run!
