Diversity Conference calls are nice and all. However, make a commitment to hire the most Qualified people and not based on White and Male. Make a commitment to Hire 50% POC in Management Positions and 30% POC on BOD. Let’s truly have Diversity Integration of Power, Resources, and Responsibilities.
