Stay....or run?

The signs were obvious over the past few months. CS leaving. SW getting the VP of Marketing job (her own people are already quietly saying she's just not the right person for a VP level job). IM leaving. In looking at the RB stuff they have placed a value on medical sales. There's a huge cost savings goal though. RB just has a terrible reputation as an employer. Probably a run.

We should all be running. No job security, and potential for mass layoff is imminent

Consistent resignations in the Central Region reflect Poor leadership and HR incompetence to recognize the "True" issue...Lawsuits will be forth coming
