Opposed to the uneducated CM? Hilarious. CMs are typically less educated and mostly overweight, compared to the reps out there. Reps are upwardly mobile, where they come for a year and find a better gig. CMs, on the other hand, are the dead weight that have no other choice but to sit their fat asses, while barking orders at everyone else. Nice try

While I have heard of Lincare a range of base salaries for their sales reps, I was able to use my bachelors degree to raise mine to $40k. The commission on top of my salary has nearly doubled my base. This came thru hard work and relationship building. If you aren’t willing to put in the work, the pay will never be good for you.

Is this serious on the pay? Have to write this again because of this capcha nonsense.

On glassdoor, it apears the salaries for sales reps are 72-95K . and thats from a variety of reps

Interviewing with them next week and I have DME sales experience.

Im a CM with a salary of $65k in a growing center. Id like to know how the average sales rep is making 50% more than my take home. Something isnt right, why would a position two steps lower than me be reimbursed at such a higher rate. Should I request a demotion?

thats what it should have remained. Why is the sales rep being paid more than me when I run the center, they are only supporting our sales.

Why does an oxygen company need a sales rep? And why do they make so much??!!
