The environment of affairs is all over this place. People have divorced, left committed relationships. You will see people divorcing spouses to be with their 'on the job' hook-ups. I know of 2 people right now who have been hooking up. Myself and another co-worker saw them out in CA and they have also been seen in another location (which I won't disclose) and they have no clue. I don't think they care.

It's terrible. Don't get caught up in it. It may seem tempting and you may think it's love but in the end, it is not worth it.

It's still a cesspool of affairs! Many cheating and don't care. Sad...

What’s it like here… one big fat lie. There is no access to pulmonologists and oncologists. The managers know this. They like their $$$$ and so do I.

I use to be in respiratory and now I’m supposed to be calling on oncology. There is little to no access here in the Midwest. It’s tough pulling in favors for ride alongs. I’m getting tired and feel dirty at the end of the day lying.
