    This place is done lol. All the top talent has left. They only people left are the people too comfortable to look for a real job. Lol.

    Honestly. It’s very sad. Had a good thing going for a while but too many bad decisions and the wrong people leading the way. Marketing is a nightmare. Kris is lost and still mispronounces basic LMF verbiage. Bruce does the job of 5 people and not well. Downey, Fritchman, Griffing (the most dislikable man ever born) ruined this once proud company. It’s sad but it is what it is. So much talent has walked out of the door and the company does nothing to keep them there. I hope things turn around or I will be the last PamLab lifer left. Pray for us…..

    So what’s currently going on over there? Still promoting the drug that cost a bunch their jobs? Maria still have her unqualified minions in place that aren’t good but kiss good butt? It’s a shame what these new leaders did to a great company.

    Ken is useless. Nothing has changed since he started. Been here a year and only managed to hire 2 morons.
    Cheryl is an idiot. She is in so far over her head it's embarrassing. Forced to listen to her read a script word for word at last meeting. Sounded like a robot while telling us the horrible results from the employee survey. No emotion, like she was being held hostage and forced to read what her captor demanded or they'd kill her dog. Poor Pongo, such a good dog. All talk and no action. No self awareness that everyone thinks she's an idiot and so insecure she can only talk about herself. Tells everyone how great she is and how rich she is it's pathetic. Mike fired half of marketing and promoted Steve who is a narcissistic tool. Thinks he was this great DM but his team hated him. Great idea Mike. Keep the fat ass egomaniac around. Can't wait to see your other brilliant marketing ideas.

    Sleepy Mike rode with a rep. Had no clue what was happening. She made a pharmacy call and he starts yelling at her. Had no idea marketing makes us do pharmacy calls. Sleepy Mike you are VP of marketing LMFAO!!

    They hired ZS associates for the 10th realignment and 1 month in half the company is on Performance plans? They can’t figure out why it’s not growing.

    This company has been run into the ground. The CEO Jan Wagner is a cancer and has no idea or clue to how to run a company. Her little lapdog Carolyn just echoes the same canned rhetoric. The same blanket number across the country isn’t feasible and yet no one in “corporate” can figure it out. Reps are leaving left and right. These so called “action plans” aren’t even Pips. They are a half assed way of scaring the sales force.That’s backfired. Such a cutthroat company for a portfolio of old and not covered products. I’ve been in the industry for many years and I would avoid this place like the plague.

    They hire unqualified people for leadership positions like M. Davis who runs the sales team and pay him a bloated salary. Yet, us reps are getting the shaft anyway possible.
