What happens if the deal doesn’t go thru?

    On the off chance the FTC doesn’t approve or something else goes awry. What happens if the deal doesn’t go through? Does another buyer throw their hat into the ring?

    Stock crashes to 60-70 a share and a hostile takeover from another company.
