NSD S.G. just a puppet for Organon. Just barks orders. The most disingenuous person - makes like he cares. Does not protect the sales force. He only cares about retaining the profits for Amplity. He let's Organon and Matt Stafford belittle the work of the sales team and only recognizes the "magic" from the RBADs. It is so demotivating. No account was ever activated with the the RBAD according to M.S. Organon gets all the credit. The RBADs are either at the doctor, refuse to ravel certain days of the week, getting a haircut - just way too busy for customer appointments.
S.G. is NOT an ahole at all. I know him well and he's a very kind person and genuinely cares about the people under him. The problem is that he has to keep Organon happy in order to keep the contract going. He can't push back or complain to them and that's the problem with being a contract sales force. Organon has made mistakes and continues to be a disappointment in many ways. Yes, it's frustrating having to give credit to the RBADs when they don't deserve it, but it's a decent paycheck and the contract will probably continue for another 5 years or more.
I agree 100%! Steve is a good man and can only do so much since we are contract. He has brought the sales team a LOT of things. President's Club, now Director's Club, trips, awesome vacation policy all because of him. To my knowledge, no other contract within Amplity has these benefits and it was due to him. Stafford on the other hand is a jackass who does think everything revolves around his precious RBAD's who do NOTHING but send emails.
