    Get over yourself. Wait till the new glaucoma drug comes out then the playing field will be level. Selling an OTC product has little challenge to it. You techs aren’t in the big leagues yet. Not even close.

    Agree, this company sucks. If I knew they tracked I’d have never taken this job. I’m relatively new, the sales training has been minimal and awful. Not staying here anyway. Big mistake taking this job. What do the people in marketing actually do other than post nonstop on LinkedIn?
