Maybe in 2024, they are still hiring for new positions created by the Golden Boy from STRYKER.

Wasn’t there a “quiet” layoff already this year? I know several folks who were let go

Would not be surprised if there was another one this year. This place has turned into a dump, while long-termers look the other way and pretend we’re still a part of J&J

No surprise there. Bring back Chris. They took out the pandemic drop on him. He gave the company culture and hope. They should have let him see out his vision. But now we’ve had how many roll through leadership. Hot mess express and it’s not going to get better. I bet they’ll be a fire sale soon.

Love to see Chris back in charge. The sharks sense blood in the water, and the idiots in leadership keep throwing the wrong ones overboard to save themselves. L1 & L2 all need to be held accountable for following orders that they new would never work. I guess Kaizen & FBS initiatives don’t work in driving sales.

Since the J&J TSA exit in 2020 ASP has had 3 Presidents, 5 new VP of Sales, and 3 consecutive end of year RIF’s in the field. Meanwhile, marketshare continues to plummet, rep turnover continues to be in the 35-40% range year after year, and the best that leadership can come up with is customer assessments and some “me too” steam products that they licensed. CR will leave soon for his next new resume builder because he knows what’s coming in 2025 when half of the remaining 100S’s are replaced by Steris. Consumable sales are going to drop considerably and the new steam products won’t be enough to fill the void. This company is in trouble but hey, “It’s our Time!” If you’re not looking for a new job currently, you should be. If you’re one of the new people who’ve recently joined, I’m sorry for what’s coming, I’m sure no one warned you.

I guess CR’s vision of bringing over STRYKER culture won’t work. His girlfriend, LS & JC will have to fight over the scraps
