    Reps and managers are leaving all over the place. They aren’t getting paid much on Daxxify. Shady reps are lying to customers and telling everyone they have to buy 15-50 boxes of RHA to get access to Daxi even though it isn’t a requirement. Those who have Daxi are posting all over social media that it’s the next best thing and then complaining to everyone who will listen that it isn’t lasting any longer than botox and costs 1.5x more. It’s time for the Daxi bubble of lies and empty promises to burst

    Allergan has sued every toxin that has come to market...it's just part of their business plan and discovery process...nothing new to see here.

    Why would anyone go for double dose Botox. There is amazing innovation happening in the aesthetics R&D group. Top shelf science. Just the best leaders. They are actually figuring out how to inject people so their poo don’t stink and their buns are tight. It’s truly amazing.

    So this very true. I am on these projects and the dedication and expertise is next level. In fact, ding dong is personally responsible for the formulation development. Now that's leadership. It brings tears to my eyes and I don't even have stinky poo.

    The 3 waves of management and marketing people at RVNC in the last 3.5 years since launch has really "fumbled the bag" with Daxi -they blame the reps. So many broken promises to the reps and they are fed up. The turn over has been record setting and no one wants to address it. RSM's got retention bonuses but all reps got were stock options, which is now worth nothing. No yearly raises, comp plans that change like the wind, etc. It's not a good place to be unless your territory is large and you are bootstrapping your own volume - no help from DTC marketing or awareness. You are on your own!!!
