Have seen a posting touting $300K+ year-over-year for this role, but noticed on LI that many of these individuals in this position have only been there a year or two. A lot of turnover at the middle management level? Are people actually hitting quota or is it all BS?
Turnover in middle management? Dude there’s turnover everywhere at Masimo. People hate it here. It’s like working in Iran but without all the positivity.
