Not the same company I joined

What happened to the company culture? I feel like they now have the “Big Pharma” mentality! They seem to be moving to the let’s micromanage phase. The redundant meetings to have a meeting about nothing phase. And last but not least, a training department straight out of the pharmaceutical circuit of mid 2000’s. Have we gone back in time? This is not the Neurelis of 2 years ago.

The business isn’t there to get unless the speakers are paid off. It is NOT even a one horse pony show. You are beating a dead horse if you stay.

More TM’s coming up with second jobs. BAD behavior is rampant here

This is what happened when reps came here from other companies and got a bit of a bump in their salary. Now that the newness has worn off, they are even more greedy and self entitled. If they wanted to jump for the next gig they cant, since no one will hire those has-beens and aged out reps.

All you have to do is google TM name and city and you can easily see who has two jobs. How stupid can you be….

You know, you could work your $@#! off at Neurelis.. but the 100% true fact is that the business is not there to get. Upper managements forecasts are manufactured clouds of dust that serve as a smoke screen to deceive the sales force, investors, and any other person that wants to believe in the fairy tale. If some other product doesn’t materialize soon, it’s going to be a very sad ending….

Those of us who came here a couple years ago were at the end of our careers anyway and just came for the money grab. Hopefully it does end soon. I'll carry that severance all the way to retirement. Hell, its like Ive already retired since doing nothing but still getting paid has been great.

Burn out culture from having to fake it until you make and from having to listen to Chuck and his patient success stories.

Graveyard of old has-been pharma hacks just taking up space and counting down the final days until retirement.

I agree with everything you say here. Except I am younger and regret coming here.
