Has any patient actually been dosed yet?

There is no quality with sales team selling gene therapy. The rep in my geography complains about CSL as a shit show and I am a physician. I would recommend talking to your reps about how they spend money at expensive hotels, wine and dine, then brag about it and repeat they work for a shit show. Not professional. But thanks for sponsoring golf fundraiser.

Definitely a troll. Like doctors (especially hematologists) have time to log on to CP and talk shit about their reps, lol. They probably don’t even know this place exists. Probably some disgruntled BioMarin rep. Sorry your product keeps getting delayed. CSL’s issues aren’t with quality or efficacy…it’s all the logistics involved in deploying it. No one has done this before. Taking longer than expected and the C-Suites need to understand this.

Lol like doctors have time to get on here. Let alone hematologists. They probably don’t even know this site exists. The problem isn’t the sales force, it’s the treatment centers and the red tape they have to get through. Senior leadership needs to chill and remember gene therapy on this scale hasn’t been done before.

Witnessed conversations with CSL reps complete embarrassment. Gene therapy not working drama galore. Get a grip reps if miserable. You are a joke to the rest.

Jealousy will get you nowhere. It isn’t the therapy not working. Quite the opposite in fact. It works very well. The same can’t be said for competitors in FIX and especially in FVIII. It’s the bureaucracy of the HTCs and taking longer than anticipated to implement it. It’s almost like this hasn’t ever been done before! Wow imagine that. Everyone thought Idelvion was a failure too until it became the market leader…

A joke to who? The underperforming Ig and Specialty divisions? Heck, we’re the only division to meet our goals on current products. Gene therapy is taking longer than expected but it ain’t the sales force, pal. Medical gets in their own way, legal is stuck in the 1980s and takes 3 months to approve simple promotional or educational materials, and the company wouldn’t budge with the Alliance, delaying things by at least a month. The reps aren’t the problem. “WItNeSsEd COnVeRSaTiOnS WiTh CSL rEpS”…sure you did, sure buddy.

My o my you sure are an angry one, probably run a 340b program and terrified this is the beginning of the end for your little party.. don’t worry the platform is solid and so is an array of pipeline GT products. Change is coming..the closest you’ll get with that attitude is a pair of 501’s

It definitely was a SLOW launch….just like this one. And the SLT was on our asses like flies on shit. Now look at it, market leader. Just this week the first PO was imitated for Hemgenix. Once one person is infused the rest of the HTCs will follow bc the KOLs don’t want to be left behind.

    EDIT: Initiated, not imitated

Try some employee behavior improvement classes, many of your reps nonstop complain working for CSL at a low salary and making zilch for bonus.

If employees are bitching about CSL openly, there's probably something there. Doesn't show much class though. Find another job. CSL does not change.

Never has. Never will. Great products, awful management.

Rumor is CSL allows sales without vaccinated? Your employees work with immune deficient patients! OMG!
