Hiring corporate and paying an outrageous salary as opposed to increasing the salary of your dedicated operations team or hiring good employees so your operations team isn’t working insane hours to keep your business afloat. Go figure. So typical.

 

Gonna be nobody in the office soon to fulfill orders or clean up the mess. Everyone’s talking to other companies now, not just sales.

 

Run if you can. The grass is greener. O & S are sales hack hillbillies. All they can provide is b/s sales slogans and false promises. They are in it for the money!! Leave, there are real companies that will value you. ZB has good products, however, O & S model is to hire box openers. F’in Losers!! I don’t understand how these two frauds can con corporate & cont to gain more territory. Just goes to show how bad ZB has become!!!

 

The people running ZB are as big of frauds they are.

O & S are the best gaslighters in the business. Well almost, Hanson might have them beat on quarterly earnings calls.

With that said O & S are cult leaders with a bunch of devoted followers buying into their beliefs and ways.

Those unhappy just talk amongst themselves and are too lazy to go find another job… even though they could make more money, be more engaged, and be happier working just about anywhere.
