    We’ve been Amneal for awhile now.
    So anyone think we are going to Texas for our POA meeting? I was hoping to hear something from the pre meeting this week but so far nothing. It was nice getting a reprieve from the busy work pushed down from our ABD. Of course now she will have more ammunition to keep us running trackers and lists. Maybe my manager will start doing live 3 day field rides. It’s gotta suck for them to just drive out to see reps only to sit in the car as we go into offices….what a waste.
    ok. I’m going to start drinking as I wait for my weekly numbers to come in in a timely fashion. Ha

    But how long WILL we be Amneal? Buyout rumors were flowing at the NSM?
    Also, did anyone catch the reference to everyone getting corporate credit cards? I hope this wasn’t true

    Day 1 was the disaster as expected. Who is this new VP guy? Why did my team have 1/2 the folks without the proper call panel? Why is my AD hitting the field? Why is sales training hitting the field? Are they that desperate to track us? How long till the exodus begins?

    They will not have a sales force to launch ipx203 if they use and abuse it.

    But the data says this is the optimal sized sales force for maximizing revenue! You can’t argue with the data! Just ask the Data people! Relationships don’t matter. Territory Size doesn’t matter. We all now have magical access and numbers don’t lie! You should be happy to just have a job! Now go drive your 4 hours to where most of your accounts are and recognize the power of The Data!

    what is the goal of the company?It appears it is to be sold?

    if they want to sell the Branded Division they are going about it the wrong way. Between the mass exodus coming and the drop coming in net revenue the Branded Division is going to be very unappealing to any suitor.

    My God. Could anyone else from corporate schedule a field ride. My manager is fine but now my ABD, Training Compliance and the new Guy In Charge. At what point do I get to start working my territory alone?

    whatever the plan is we are losing reps and company morale is getting worse. Joe is on a sinking ship and he needs to act quickly. That voice email was a good idea but he didn’t say anything. Just more of the same ‘we will look into it and make adjustments to anything that we think needs it’. Not exactly good news for those waiting to see if they should look elsewhere or not.

    For a company whose stock is in the shit house, not paying reps their market value and spending money on so many useless field rides when the new alignment just started, really has no plan or common sense to reign in expenses!
    it is no surprise why the company is doing so poorley and why the morale is so low!

    Based on the number of openings it doesn’t look like they are going to fill them all. It just shows how utterly stupid Gustavo Alex etc are. I hope Joe can fix this but that previous crew f’d us all really good. Rytary is tanking. Lyvispah is far from a Hockey Stick curve. They are still waiting for all that awesome managed care coverage they were promised. Anyone who had a hand in this restructuring should be shown the door. If Joe wants to boost morale that would be the best first step. Start with AD and DA and the sales force will rejoice!

    We lost another rep today. At what point will the people responsible for this debacle be held accountable? Leadership tells us to ‘hold the Doctors accountable’. Leadership gives us metrics to ‘hold us accountable’. What about them? I’d be interested to see our 4 v 4 and 13 v 13 week numbers on Rytary. I’d beSHOCKED if we saw the same growth in Q2 as we saw in Q1. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw numbers that were actually negative growth. Not sure about the new Spas team. But I’d wager they are not seeing a Hockey Stick Curve that they needed to deliver. Joe needs to do something and do it quick or more people will be gone. Amneal Specialty is on the verge of collapse

    Underwhelming house cleaning. SO is shown the door. But GP stays. I cannot believe AD still has a job. This whole debacle was his brain child. And this would have been a great opportunity to get rid of DA but he’s still running MM. which hasn’t gotten us a formulary win since I’ve been here. Why do we still have an IDN team? This company is tossing money around like no one’s business and none of it is benefiting the ‘front line’ folks that Joe says he’s most concerned about. Glad I’m almost out of here this is a house of card’s about to fold.

    The IDN team is useless, if they want to expand usage they need much better medicare coverage.
    CVS is nice but most patients are on medicare!
    The company is running the reps into the ground,why should they care if the company does not?

    Anyone know where COE is this year? How are they planning on doing it this year? Only 3 quarters count and most of us have new territories and/or products. If you are going to luck into a COE now is the year! Lots of undeserving people will win it this year simply by the draw. I don’t hold it against them I just hope they realize that Ops had more to do with who wins COE this year and who doesn’t
