    How much reps get also depends on how "generous" the company gave your RBD to distribute to the team. Which is also based on their salary %. Everyone on my team has another project(s), we all make our goals, we are all doing our jobs well (not equal on all teams/divisions), etc. Essentially, everyone has a whole other job in addition to doing their job well. Multiple COE wins, regional winners, etc. It does NOT mean you get more than the standard 2-3% metric. New people coming in are being paid way more than the tenured reps. I got a little bit higher than the standard metric raise , but there's so much out of the RBDs hand. The only reason tenured reps stay is either because of the vacation time, or because they like their RBD.

    i took job in rare within last 6 months. My salary is 187k. Not bad for a rep job and I've been happy here.

    Think about how many people pharma, and unfortunately insurance companies, employ. It is a huge number that supports so many families.

    It is a necessary evil. Everything in life is a business, including your physicians and hospital.

    Dupi rep. Hired in 2022 at 170k, 177k now with merit increase. Around 50k commission.
    230k ish on W2. This is a goog gig
