Are you happy here? In the final stages of the interview process. Not happy at my big pharma pod job currently.

There is a reason for all the vacancies.

Great place to work. Very little turnover. Most of the vacancies are new roles or open due to internal promotions. The sales team has almost zero turnover in six years. That speaks volumes.

Well, now you got that dumb bastard, Walter Koch from Roche as a Scientific Advisor. Lol! Enough people know what a dumb bastard he is. And you are 'paying' him to be your scientific advisor. Maybe your downfall just started.

No on cares about a single Scientific Advisor, especially those in commercial...that person will have no impact on the culture of the organization. Sounds like you just have a bone to pick with them...very brave of you to call them out, anonymously I might add, on a message board that is primarily geared towards sales and marketing. Guessing you didn't get the job...

Actually no. I happen to know him from my Roche days. Don't worry, he probably knows what I (and many others) think of him already. That man's reputation as a clueless fool resonates with so many who had the bad fortune of working with him at Roche Molecular Systems.

I sincerely hope he gets sacked from Exelixis. You guys deserve better.

Ok. Again, an SA, no matter how good or how bad they are, will have zero impact either way on the culture of the company…especially in commercial, which is what CP is geared towards…so no one cares.

We get it, you don’t like this person. Thanks for letting a bunch of people who will never even know he’s here aware of your anonymous opinion…very helpful.

The almost non existent turnover in the sales team tells me it’s a good place to work.

Interviewing here. My experience thus far has been lukewarm. Why are your glassdoor reviews so bad, if it is such a great company and culture? I am not in sales.

Are you seeking a home office position? Big difference between remote and home office these days.
