Does anyone know how long new rep training lasts for Oncology reps and if it is done remotely or live at Corporate?
Ask your hiring manager or HR, depends on how many are hired in a class. There's not much to train on, bunch of old products with weak sales. Pipeline is a joke and the amount of management layers in onc is a joke. I'd recommend you look at a real onc company, there are plenty of them with blockbuster drugs. Besides, we will most likely package up all this garbage and exit onc altogether. If you need onc on your resume, maybe a short stint here might fit the bill, but it won't last long. The connected are getting out now.
