So that’s the Azurity mission statement. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride in 2023.

 

What should reps know at this dump?! They micromanage n monitor every thing else that’s why folks come n go like a merry go round!

 

The adult team has a lot of turnover but the other 2 divisions are very stable

 

Nothing about this company is stable. The only thing consistent about this company is they continue to raise goals, lower pay, and micromanage their sales force, all while they continue to hire executives that do absolutely nothing.

 

The managers n higher ups should be rewarding the sales team every chance they get! Plenty of higher paying opportunities out there. We r the ones paying the bills around here. Home office and managers don’t do Jack but run paperwork. Name one thing these pos do that brings the company any $$?!

You mean all the 100 measly bucks you pay us?! Get real cheapskate. It’s no wonder folks leave this place after one month in. Turnover Tuesdays is the norm around here.

They don’t folks! The DM’s and Regional Managers all useless middlemen here. Worst I’ve seen in any company and I’ve been in the industry 20+ yrs. All they do is complain on their conference calls the reps not selling enough yet don’t bring anything to the table to get their region or district more scripts!

 

Who cares. Smart folks leaving left and right. These idiots worry more about other crap than provididijf rep resources to get scripts!

 

This entire place is a sham accounting shell game. Ever felt had?
