    Please don't bother.

    1. This industry is about who you know, and has little or nothing to do with your skills or results.
    2. There are much better industries out there, where you will be valued for your results, have more job stability, and make more money.
    3. The customers you have to deal with in this industry are the most insecure and goofy people with the biggest egos you will see in society. I know some doctors are decent people, but I would say most are not fun to call on or build relationships with.

OK. That was it. I hope you will consider other industries like insurance, construction industries, and general operations type industries such as compliance companies, government related sales, or even getting into a fun industry like sports.

You don't want to be here. Save your time and energy.

One last thing. These other industries don't micromanage as much either. That is a sign of a terrible industry to work in, one that micromanages and let's you know that you are "lucky" to have your terrible job. Not cool.

    Thanks Pops.

In all honesty, you are absolutely right. But, most people don't have the critical thinking skills to take what you are suggesting here to heart. They lack the wisdom to see things as they are.

Still, I appreciate your effort to educate a dumb down industry.

Just because you are jaded with a pessimistic view on life and work doesn't mean others don't enjoy and prosper working in this industry.
