Another round of job cut.

Get ready for another round of job cuts. Things are getting worse here. I came to know through the HR inner circle.

 

Yay, I could use a permanent vacation from this dumpster fire

 

Are the cuts global again or just NIL.

 

I really didn't think they have enough people left to cut!

So many of the dumb people were left over .. probably because of low salaries.

Does anyone know the timeframe for the new round of layoffs?

 

There really isn't anything left to cut. We are in a crazy position. All Joe's fault. Although he will not admit that. These guys have ruined Baxter and are now leaving (Giuseppe,Jay, Andy...)

Its sad when people hope that they get let go with a package. MICP has been a joke since I have been here. Everyone wants out.

 

Another medtronic person joining us. We definitely need more presidents and executives.

 

Layoffs happening this week!

 

Is it best to get let go now or to wait until we get completely broken and sold? I'm asking for a friend.

 

If you have been here a long time, wait for a severance. People who have been here over a decade are getting 6 months or so.

Otherwise get out now. They are letting go of high performers and people who actually are important and work. Nobody is safe.

 

It's a total IT and Quality bloodbath!

Everything being shipped to India via third party contractors.
