Is it for a Dupixent Allergy/ ENT position or a Dupixent Pulm position? There is no allergy/pulm position.

I have interview with Allergy Dupixent as well, made it through to the panel interview. Said if present a study and sell like they were doctors. Anyone have any info on what they’re looking for in particular? Is it like a scenario and selling to scenario? The study being used? how many people are usually sitting on the panel?

They will send you the study 48-72 hours prior to interview. Just memorize it front to back. Be ready to be peppered with questions. One hour of general interview, 5 minute break, one hour of study presentation

Surely this isn’t the same process for a DM interview? My hubby has one next week —anyone know what that process is like?

Yes, everyone here must present to get hired/promoted. It’s the process and theres anywhere from 3-5 people on the panel interview. DM’s have to present to RD and reps present the product they will be selling and how they would to docs.

Are they conducting the interviews remotely or live? Guessing they’re conducting them via zoom.

After the panel interview and presentation what is next? How many reps move on after panel interview? Do they send two to the next level or the one they want to hire.

That’s it. Usually only 2 reps present. If they are on the fence, then leading candidate will get a one on one call with NBD.

So based on this info 2-3 reps go to panel interview. When they decide who they want they send that person to speak to the NBD? That is just the final step? I am not sure how many people were at the panel nor how many would go to speak to the NBD and if they would send one or two?

if the Dm and rd are on the fence then another option is to have leading candidate speak to nbd solo. From my experience, it’s usually 2 reps make it to final…sometimes it’s 3 but that’s not the norm. They have done 3 for Dm or rd level panels/presentations.

This entire division is about to be thrown upside down with the expansion talks…the company likes change every year and we are on the verge of moving to big pharma instead of keeping our small culture. Less is more—wish sanofi and rege would realize this!!! Let the jumping of the ships begin…
