The base salaries at Novartis, Amgen, Gilead, etc., are more than our total salaries. I told my friend from those places what my base is here and they just shake their heads and ask why I'm still here.

My spouse works for Novartis. Their base is 143k. Specialty though. You don't even want to know what the plan is.

You all are cheap advertisements. If you are unhappy with your pay, you are free to pursue external opportunities. Sells reps are easily replaceable.

I just counted, I only have one decile 10 (who works at a no rep access facility), a couple 8s, a 6 and 7, and most of the rest are 4s...and it's not a lot. And I'm a double. And I have to get 400 scripts....Like seriously.

And is there any coverage at all? I haven't heard a thing...

 

Payers aren’t stupid, this drug is not getting covered anytime soon don’t hold your breath this is not a serious disease state. This is a money grab and they won’t be letting their money go that easily. God speed.
