18. Future of Rx built on a bed of lies. The manipulative, fake stories of promise told to the unfortunate souls that left stable jobs just to fill seats in a boston wework for a me too biologic 5 years too late. Leadership should be embarrassed.

 

19. New Galderma Corporate Logo which is just smoke and mirror to give the impression that something positive is happening in the company. It’s all BS.

It is so sad, but you are correct. The Boston team is setup for failure, just like Silvina is setup for failure. This company has changed so much in four years. It is sad how fast it is sinking. It used to be an amazing place and now it is just miserable.

 

There aren’t any winners at Galderma, other than maybe Thomas and Flemming. Everyone and everything is set up for failure. No one comes out from working here unharmed.

20. Galderma is, and will remain, in the tank because current leadership doesn’t know how to manage a business. Incompetence at every level.

 

21. Until they have a team that can actually forecast and not target numbers to make Thomas and Flemming happy, they will never be successful. The main problem is, Flemming and his leadership team are over their head and EQT must be run by idiots if they still don’t see this. When this company fails, who would really be surprised?

 

22. Office location chaos. Relocating offices to prime locations, opening new offices, moving to wework and other shared working spaces…
Associates are done with dealing with the drama in the office and want to work from home.

 

23. Using LinkedIn to showcase insignificance. When nothing is going to plan this reeks of desperation. Galderma is destined for failure.

 

Wait, but what about the culture? If we work from home, how will we continue this amazing culture where everyone loves each other and we hold hands and skip down the halls together. Flemming wants all his slaves to be premium. We can’t be premium at home where we actually get work done. I just love this place so much! The day I get fired or laid off, my life will be over because this is the best place to work! I ❤️ Galderma! I am premium!

Working for Galderma has to be one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my life. I feel as if I am paying for all the sins of my life by working here. I have never seen a company more willing to backstab their employees at a moment notice. Culture is horrible, leadership inept. And all of the above is so true.

 

So many of us feel this way. I have never seen a company be this torn apart on this site the way that Galderma is. People can say that this site is horrible, but is this many people are posting this much bad information, the company has to be a piece of shit.

 

Agree. It’s as though this is a site for complaints about all of the major medical and pharmaceutical sales companies. Strange!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I also regret coming here. Many others feel the same way. The uncertainty and volatility are unbearable. Never knowing if today is your last day is torture. My mental health is affected by this toxic environment.

 

You are a dumb ass. The point was there are more complaints about Galderma than other companies. You must have worked for Galderma your whole career because you see that stupid.
