I got a dui 9 years ago and was wondering how far back jnj looks on their background checks. I know the industry standard is 7 years but I wanted to confirm before I wasted anyone’s time Thank you for whatever feedback you can provide

Pretty sure they only look back 7 years unless it’s a felony but even then I think there are state laws preventing looking at anything older than 7 years
