JZ, worst leader every! Company is screwed.

Every day I am blown away of the ineptitude of this pathetic leader. He is surrounded by bobbleheads that protect his pathetic ass, who cover for his stupidity and abusive style. He is a corporate bully, protects his inner circle and has no respect for females. I cannot believe Chiesi believes or allows this to happen. People leave, report the unfortunate stuff that happens and nothing changes. This is because JZ screens what its presented (and DW has his back). Wake up Italy, its your name on the company, being run by Jr Hitler.
