So will Tom’s reorganization impact sales next after the home office??

He should restructure the sales force. We are tripping over each other and it would be the smart thing to do, so they will not do it!

Old Tom won’t downsize field sales, and yes, we are tripping over each other! They are all caught up with agitation thinking it’s going to add $500 million in Rexulti sales. Fools. They need to downsize some of the unnecessary RSD’S and ASM’s that are one step behind a moron. Some of those guys pretending to be managers are true, certifiable idiots.

Sales will soon be climbing a stripper pole with greasy fried chicken fingers.
Managers????? No. They are the real talent
Psyc reps????? They are overpaid PC reps so some gotta go
Everyone else????? Safe as a toddler around joe Biden.

Classic Tommy Boy strategy. He always starts in home office with the cuts. Expect sales force blood bath by December. This is not Gibbs 1st rodeo. He was hired here at Lundy to lower the boom.

No need for a reorganization. Sales are great for ALL products. Tommy Boy will do nothing but draw a paycheck for nothing, just like JA and PA did. I will give it to Granny D however, things did improve under her leadership.

The poster is right, sales are good. I would be surprised if we did have a reorganization. If we do, it will be small like the others.

Yep mass exodus in 2021 hurt sales. Predict repeat with 2023 brain drain in home office. Sad it’s the same crap different year keep toxic people and great people leave.

I agree. Sales are fine, maybe not where you are, but in the rest of the world they are doing good. Gibbs this and Gibbs that. He will be here for awhile then leave if he has 1 ounce of brains. It’s hard for him to slack off unlike us. Even though we never work full days, we are doing great! Slacking off is a recipe for success!

How many times will you agree with your own posts? You are gullible and dumb as dirt. Gibbs has always had the backs of his sales teams. Hahahahaha. Now run along ya dumb moron!

Dude has worked for numerous companies and never stays very long. This Wharton guys never care about anything except profitability. Sales are pretty good, cut expenses and profits are better. Then he will move along to the next show. Look out folks.

Gibbs has been a hired gun for his entire career. He generally sheds blood 1-2 years into a company and then bolts. Better sleep with one eye open.

Did you work under Gibbsy or are you just spreading false rumors? As others have said, sales are doing really well, so why restructure? Now, I could see cutting in half lower management very easily, but that’s not going to happen.

sheep like you play right into Gibbs hands. Sales are great, reps are needed and reps are safe! That’s it you’re the best keep believing that. He always cuts home office 1st prior to blind siding the sales force. It’s what he’s been doing his entire career.

Gibbs has diarrhea of the mouth! Loves to hear himself talk and it's always more of the same shit. And yes he will make his predictable field cut here as he has at every other pharma co., then moves onto his next gig taking down another one.

Practically Every company out there are cutting their sales forces, sometimes in a huge way like Novartis. Before they cut reps, they need to really look at RBD’s and ASM’s. We have some extremely bad ones out there. Some are totally protected by their RBD’s, which is unfortunate. I seriously doubt many reps, if any, are cut. Oh they might rearrange some territories, but nothing serious. As others have said, sales are really good, so why cut?
