Do you feel like the tide is turning a bit? Any chance new leadership will be able to turn things around and we come out of this stronger or do you feel like we are still going to see off bits and pieces?
what has really changed since the departure of Ken Reali? Sold off a garbage division for a few bucks. Ok. But has anything really changed? Portfolio of products is still dated and the sales leadership team remains incompetent by any objective measure. AH still fumbles around without a single degree of team engagement or loyalty. No budgets to really do anything with so marketing team just treads water while drawing salaries. Now pour me some of that Pinot Grigio please as I need to make the pain of this nightmare or a job fade away.
Must be lots of Pinot flowing lately. LinkedIn is flooded with pics of happy BV employees at team meetings talking about how great this company is. Are we pushing some new PR campaign to boost our confidence level to investors?
So another week goes by and more VP level departures. Legal gone. IT gone. Others GONE! Stock headed down again. Guess the Street doesnt believe the drivel coming from the C Suite. Basically all business units had down revenue in past Qtr with the exception of the ultrasound business which was the team acquired with Misonix 2 years ago. No problem. Andrew H will align that team with the legacy team and render that a negative business in due time. Clearly Tony has no intention of tossing AH out which is an obvious organizational need. You can stick your head in the sand and not see whats coming but the lion is still going to bite your ass.
