Anyone who has stuck with this company for any length of time, knows that the grass ain’t greener. If you can sell Adbry, you are one of the best. It takes grit, clinical expertise, and sales skill and a work ethic to get your lazy ass out in the field and actually give a damn. Problem is half the force is brand new to the gig and there is still a silo of blame from management. Yes, that meeting was the biggest waste of time, money and resources…so whoever thought that was a good idea, needs to walk the plank . We all sink or rise together… let the rats abandon the ship. The guy from Yale or Harvard said it all, this is the best molecule for AD in the skin and we will prevail and end up on top. How we get there and who is in charge, another matter. Thank God for Brian, Bob seems to be intelligent, the finance guy seems super sharp.. The sales leadership…lol.
